Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

D.Zine Graphics specializes in custom screen printing apparel and promotional products. D.Zine Graphics strives to deliver the highest quality products as well as exceptional service and timely delivery. While we are committed to meet your every need and expectation, we wish to inform you of certain limitations that are inherent within the screen printing industry.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee your order will be 100% accurate. If not, we will make it right. We stand behind everything we sell. We expect our level of service to consistently exceed our customers' expectations.

PROOFING

Communications are sent via email. Please make sure to enter your best contact e-mails and phone number when placing your order. Customer is responsible for confirmation of changes made to an order. Please make sure you follow up to ensure the changes were received.

Artwork preparation and design assistance on every item we offer – no need to do the work yourself since it needs to be vectored art – we are happy to help you!

Whether you’d just like your logo on a product, would like to add text, additional graphics, or you need a new layout - we willl do the work!

The first 3 revisions are offered at no charge. Any subsequent changes are billed at $50.00 per hour.

If artwork is requested and not used, the client will be billed for the time spent on the unused designs at $50.00 per hour.

In the event an order is printed with an incorrectly submitted artwork/logo, D.Zine Graphics will not be held responsible for your oversight, and payment in full will be valid for the completed work.

You may request a redo; however it will be at your expense.

ORDER INFORMATION

Please review your order carefully. Cancellations, changes or modifications are not accepted once an order has gone into production.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped vis UPS Ground. Upgraded shipping options are avaliable for an additional charge. All delivery times are dependent upon design approval and payment/purchase order.

CLAIMS/REDOS

* Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an order is not 100% accurate, contact us within 10 days upon receipt of your order.

RETURN POLICY

Custom printed products cannot be restocked. The industry standard for customized products dictates a no return and a no refund policy.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If an order is not 100% accurate, – either due to a typo or other issues – our policy to redo the order and ship it via ground shipping method will still prevail.

When an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly redo the order. We will process the redo order exactly as you had originally requested minus any errors that we made. We will not change the product, the logo or artwork or the imprint color when processing the redo unless pre-approved by us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In all circumstances, D.Zine Graphics maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. D.Zine Graphics will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. D.Zine Graphics will not be liable for any third party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in whichD.Zine Graphics collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.dzinegraphics.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by D.Zine Graphics.

Personal identification information

Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information to place an order or make an artwork request. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain site related activities.

How we use collected information

D.Zine Graphics may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
• To improve customer service. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

• We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.
• To process payments
• We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
